About Nosh Fine Catering


From humble beginnings as a trainee at Prue Leith's School of Food and Wine, Jude has progressed to owning and managing a Tapas Bar in Spain to catering for the German Tennis Team at Wimbledon, finally moving to rural Hampshire and the conception of Nosh.

We are passionate about our food and creating a fine dining experience. Our aim is to make people happy and like to work on a one to one basis with the clients. This enables Nosh to have insight into your needs from identifying a theme to create the menu, sourcing, preparing and presenting the food. When planning your event we know that the food is a major part of the occasion. We provide a very high standard of ingredients, service and a flexible choice of menu.

Our innovative and inventive style draws upon great cooking ideas from around the world with reliable and well-tested contacts to help make the day come together with ease and efficiency.

Nosh's repertoire of fine catering includes dinner parties, business lunches, weddings, christenings, funerals and corporate events for up to 200 people.

We can provide a start to finish service, which include your table settings, on site catering facilities and waiting staff.

Nosh supports Hampshire growers and producers and, where possible sources ingredients from local suppliers.
